The chart follows the old Eighteen Flying Stars canon: twelve principal lights, seven attendant forces, four court supports, decade gates, and yearly twelve signs. Later fourteen-principal-star methods are not used to build this chart.
Your date is opened before the stars are placed
Clients enter a solar birth date. The system converts it into the lunar year stem, branch, month, day, and birth hour required by the old method, then sets the star field from that key.
